I have been working in financial services for over 25 years and there is very little I haven’t seen when it comes to personal financial matters.
I am an independent financial adviser, regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), and you can check this on the Financial Services Register on the FCA website.
Independent means I have no ties or bias to any particular financial institution, whether this is a bank or insurance company or investment house; my sole focus is establishing what is best for you.
As with many things in life, there are tasks or decisions you can make on your own without paying for professional assistance. For example, I can change a fuse or a plug, but I wouldn’t re-wire my house. You will know what you are comfortable dealing with, and for those other occasions, you ask a professional, whether it is a builder, solicitor or if it is a financial matter, someone like me.
If you’re not sure what to do with your money or what decisions you need to make about your financial future, and considering there are thousands of different financial products on offer, choosing the right option can be difficult, and expensive if it goes wrong. I will help you with your life insurance, income protection, critical illness cover, savings, investments, mortgages and pensions.
Working with you, I will establish your circumstances, assess your objectives and arrive at the steps necessary to achieve those objectives. Often this is simply by adjusting what you already have in place to suit your current circumstances.
If you look at websites such as Citizen Advice Bureau or ‘moneysavingexpert’ you will see they advocate it is best to get Independent Financial Advice, and this is what I offer.
See what my clients say about me by looking at some of the kind comments many have chosen to share with me.
